Explained for the one non-Beatles fan who reads my blog: the photo is the cover shot for the Beatles album "Abbey Road" (album cover on the right). Google maps has a feature called "Street View" where you can see actual photos of the address you search. Here you can see the actual modern day view of Abbey Road, just outside of the E.M.I. studio where the album was recorded.
Anyway, some bright guy took the cover photo from 1969, and overlaid the modern Google maps graphics.
So there you have it. Technology, gone too far.
And for your listening pleasure...
Come Together [mp3]
Here Comes the Sun [mp3]
You can see the Street View of your own house. Just type your address into the Google.maps search engine, then click Street View. It's pretty neat.
Huh? I don't get it.
And is that supposed to say "to far" or "too far?"
eb: Yes, of course, "too."
